Termination Rights
Clients may terminate services with 10 days written notice and are responsible for paying any outstanding balance. Search Engine Surgeons reserves the right to terminate accounts if needed to comply with changing search engine guidelines.
Intellectual Property
Content created by Search Engine Surgeons for a client becomes their property upon payment. Our services do not guarantee search engine rankings – actual results depend on many competitive factors.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Search Engine Surgeons from any legal disputes related to the client’s industry, products, claims, or unfair competition.
Blog and Newsletter
We operate a blog to share optimization tips and industry news. Users can comment on public posts and subscribe to receive our newsletter.
By commenting or subscribing, you agree not to include spam links, post irrelevant/offensive content or violate laws. We reserve the right to moderate or remove comments and block accounts as needed.
